Part-Time Administrative Assistant

NeighborWorks® Northeast Nebraska is seeking a Part-time Administrative Assistant (20-30 hours per week) who will be responsible for general office functions including computer processing, answering phone calls and assist callers; edit and proof documents, data management; provide information and assistance to clients inquiring about housing programs; maintain and organize filing systems.

NeighborWorks® Northeast Nebraska is a non-profit community housing development corporation working to develop housing opportunities, empower individuals and families and strengthen communities.  

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Associates Degree is preferred with a minimum of one year experience of professional accomplishment.
•    Proficiency in spelling and operation of general office equipment and computer software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Publisher).
•    Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
•    Bilingual also a plus, but not required.
